Do you only work with South Shore contractors?
No. Our office is in Saint-Lambert and many of our clients are on the South Shore, but we also manage campaigns on the North Shore, in Montréal, Laval and the Eastern Townships. What matters is knowing your service area and target cities well.
What happens when my crews are fully booked?
We adjust. Budgets are allocated by service, brand or region. We can reduce or pause a campaign when a crew is overloaded, then restart it when capacity opens up. At Solex, AI trained on weather data even adjusts budgets to the forecast.
Google Ads, SEO or GEO: where should I start?
Google Ads generates enquiries quickly, as soon as campaigns launch. Local SEO and GEO—being recommended by ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI tools—take longer, but reduce your cost per enquiry over time. Most of our construction clients combine both: advertising to fill the schedule now, and search visibility for the seasons ahead.
How can I tell where my calls come from?
We set up call and form tracking that links every enquiry to its source: Google Ads, Google Search, Meta, SEO or AI. You receive a clear weekly report. At Touchette, more than 800 enquiries per year are tracked this way.
Can you help me respond to enquiries faster?
Yes. We implement a CRM that centralizes all your enquiries, AI-assisted qualification and a voice-dictated quoting system. Quotes are ready in about 15 minutes and signed electronically by your customer.
How much does a project for a contractor cost?
It depends on your service area, services and growth goals. We don’t sell one-size-fits-all packages: we start with a meeting to understand your capacity and season, then provide a clear quote with the advertising budget separate from our fees.
